“Let’s take smart and sustainable construction and living to the next level.”

Next Level in the Sluisbuurt is a new step in the integral bringing together of living, working, recreation, shopping, relaxation, meeting, entrepreneurship and sustainability. Our ambition is to bring healthy, urban living in all its facets indoors. A new way of living and working. Far-reaching differentiation and shared spaces are integrated with lush greenery. A green ribbon winds through the entire building and invites you to exercise, eat healthy and live a vital life.

Next Level is more than a building, a city within a building.

The fifth facade

More happiness, less stress

In urban renewal plans, green is often about biodiversity, water buffering, and sustainability. But did you know that green just makes you happy? Contact with nature ensures more happiness and less stress. Looking at greenery makes you want to get moving. Green provides more vitality and encourages encounters between people. We are therefore going for green next level. Everywhere in the building you have a view of greenery.

The fifth facade is ideally suited for a lot of green. Our green roof landscape is in line with the Nature Inclusive Standard of the Sluisbuurt. The ambition: at least 100 different species of organic and native plants, shrubs and trees for more biodiversity, combating heat stress and buffering rainwater. We bring a variety of green landscapes on the different levels, each of which has a different function. Green indoor and outdoor spaces that are intensively used by residents, visitors, and flora and fauna, such as bees, butterflies and birds.
