The municipality selected the plan “Ceci n’est pas une maison,” or “Ceci” for short, for realization. Designed by Space Encounters, this project stands out with its distinctive overhangs featuring irregular jagged edges, lush greenery on the balconies and terraces, and a biodiverse roof landscape. The building will feature a wooden supporting structure, visible both inside and outside, adding to its unique character.
The underground bike parking is enhanced with a lush green oasis and an unexpected statement piece. The vertical garden is designed to create a pleasant journey for occupants by incorporating greenery into the staircase, creating a green core.
