At a forward-looking campus in Nieuw-Vennep, MOSS developed an integrated green design that supports innovation, creativity, and well-being. Conceived as a place where technology meets nature, the campus is designed to inspire. It merges architectural expression with immersive, biophilic environments.

Working closely with Van Egmond Architecten and Wencop, MOSS ensured that greenery was not added post-design. Instead, it was embedded within the architectural fabric. Across atriums, patios, terraces, and landscape zones, the green interventions are both spatial and experiential. This provides moments of connection, focus, and restoration.
–
Each office floor includes a dedicated green ‘special’ zone and a minimum of 20 workspaces, supported by planted escape rooms that stimulate mental clarity and collaboration. Outdoor areas are designed with biodiversity as a central principle, while an adaptable design catalogue offers scalable solutions for future development across the site.
–
This project demonstrates the value of building-integrated greenery as a strategic design tool—enhancing environmental quality, spatial identity, and long-term workplace vitality.
