MOSS’s green design for the Miro office in Berlin marks our third project  for this company, after the offices in Texas, USA and in Amsterdam, NL. For the Berlin office, the green design focused on adding value to employee well-being by bringing nature closer to them. This was achieved by creating intentional spaces for collaboration and innovation, while also considering spaces for rest and recreation, all of which has been nestled amongst green walls, hanging planers, and lush dividers.

Core principles guiding this design were to meet, connect, inspire, rejuvenate, and focus. This vision was achieved through a collection of integrated green elements throughout the office space.

  • Immediately upon entering the building, visitors and employees find themselves in a welcome area with a bar and seating surrounded by greenery, inviting grounded arrival for all.
  • The Eastern terrace provides a place to connect with both people and nature, offering a tranquil, green refuge from the hustle and bustle of the workplace.
  • The Western terrace is designed to inspire, featuring a colorful mural to encourage artistic creation amidst hanging planters and integrated green furniture.
  • The Green Oasis offers a space to rest and immerse oneself in greenery in the lush environment, complete with modular furniture elements which can be rearranged and adapted with ease.
  • Mironeers have expressed the need for more focus working spaces, and by adding green solutions to workspaces can increase productivity, creativity and overall well-being

Miro Berlin features seamless transitions and unique green destinations tailored to their purpose. With the inclusion of focused workspaces with greenery, modular furniture, hanging planters, and integrated furniture, this was designed with the intention of enhancing productivity and well-being for all.
