Insurer Athora Netherlands is the parent company of  Zwitserleven and Reaal. Drees and Sommer involved MOSS during the design process to meet the wishes of the employer/employees of Athora.

This way of working includes a work environment with an abundant amount of greenery. Wherever you are in this office, you are in contact with nature. The greenery has been applied in different ways and thus supports different functions: meeting, concentration, movement, and a welcome area.

Since Athora occupies the top floor in the Edge West building, we saw this as an ideal opportunity to develop a plan that required minimal  supplemental lighting. With regards to the planting plan, we used plants with different shades of color that change from the sunrise side to the sunset side.
