The Wearhouse is a revitalized office building designed for Cocon Vastgoed. MOSS designed interior courtyards, a rooftop garden, and plant-filled workspaces that merge nature with industrial architecture.
bringing Nature to Every Corner
We were responsible for the interior and exterior planting concept, focusing on biophilic design to enhance the work environment. Our design includes “jungle tables,” a winter garden, and a rooftop terrace with Mediterranean greenery, for year-round green. The goal was to build a workspace that feels alive, reducing stress and improving productivity.
A Vision of Immersion and Connection
The concept revolved around blending the industrial character of the building with natural elements. Sunken courtyards and rooftop greenery offer a layered experiences, inviting occupants to engage with nature on multiple levels.
