This residential housing project is located in Amsterdamse Poort, which has become the city’s second center with almost 16 million visitors per year. The project is an integral part of Cluster 7, a significant development for the transformation and growth to its full potential.

Together with Burton Hamfelt MOSS worked on the design of the different roof gardens of which two are accessible to the public, two are totally dedicated to nature inclusivity and the other is a combination of sedum with solar panels.

The accessible roofs focus on the different target groups; starters, young families, and seniors. The mix of users made us decide to create 4 different zones; a place for sport, a place to play, a place to relax, and a place to meet.

The street connecting the different buildings of Cluster 7 we have designed in collaboration with Arcadis. A street with lots of green to create a street with different areas to play, gather and relax underneath a variety of trees.
