Bringing biophilia to Austin
Located in the Colorado Tower in Austin, Miro’s new office was designed by M Moser Associates, while we were responsible for the green design. Building on a previous collaboration in Amsterdam, we were excited to join this project.
Modular planting for flexibility
The indoor design includes modular, standard, and integrated planters to ensure optimal green impact in the space. These provide flexibility within the space, as the modules are easily transported and installed on site. The outdoor planters are designed similarly to the indoor planters, prioritising a modular approach connected by a vibrant, yellow throughline.
working with local biodiversity
Outdoor terraces were designed as multifunctional landscapes for working, socializing, and relaxing, featuring native Texas grasses, shrubs, and drought-tolerant plants, which support local biodiversity by attracting pollinators and require minimal maintenance.
