a vibrant new neighborhood
Cluster 7 is part of the redevelopment of Amsterdamse Poort in Zuidoost, led by developers including Blauwhoed, Lingotto, and CBRE IM, with Hurks as the builder. The project will deliver 660 new homes and 15,000 m² of retail space, reshaping the area into a lively urban district.
connection through landscape
The concept was to turn Cluster 7 into a welcoming, human-scaled environment where architecture and greenery work hand in hand. By weaving green corridors through courtyards and integrating lush rooftop landscapes, MOSS created spaces that invite relaxation, play, and community while softening the density of the new urban fabric.
