integrated green across the terrace
It was decided to create small ‘squares’ surrounded by greenery to help divide the terrace into specific areas. Where possible, as much of the existing materials could be reused.
green from every perspective
AM sought a eco-friendly office terrace. MOSS designed a multifunctional outdoor terrace where nature is visible from inside. Connection is made between inside and outside, so people are motivated to spend time outside.
a multi-use area connected to the environment
The different squares offer different destinations: Adult games area (table football, ping-pong, and jeux des boules), lunch/drinks, workplaces, and meeting rooms.
enhancing biodiversity
AM achieved a BREEAM Excellent certification. Our planting design promotes biodiversity by offering food, shelter, and nesting opportunities for pollinators, birds, and bats, helping to restore ecological corridors.
