integrated green across the terrace
We designed small ‘squares’ surrounded by greenery to help divide the terrace into specific areas. Where possible, as much of the existing materials were reused.
green from every perspective
AM sought an eco-friendly office terrace. We designed a multifunctional outdoor terrace where nature is visible from inside. A visual connection is made between inside and outside, so people are motivated to spend time outdoors.
a multi-use area connected to the environment
The different squares offer different destinations: Adult games area (table football, ping-pong, and jeux des boules), lunch/drink area, places to work, and outdoor meeting rooms. The planting creates a silhouette that is interesting year-round, offering fresh and bright greenery in the summer, paired with light and structured shapes in the winter. It is based on local perennial plants that attract biodiversity, ensuring the garden sustains itself and grows naturally over time.
enhancing biodiversity
AM achieved a BREEAM Excellent certification. Our planting design promotes biodiversity by offering food, shelter, and nesting opportunities for pollinators, birds, and bats, helping to restore ecological corridors.

Directly adjacent to the terrace lies the indoor work café, an informal zone that encourages collaboration and connection. The building’s clean lines are softened with planters.
