This project achieved BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum, with solar facades, climate-adaptive systems, and biodiversity-focused design. MOSS’s plantings support local ecosystems, improve air quality, and use efficient irrigation. As a Paris Proof monument office, it sets a benchmark for greener, healthier commercial redevelopment.
