Galapagos is a biotechnology company focused on transforming patient outcomes through life-changing science and innovation. MOSS designed green interiors and outdoor landscapes for their office.
designing for innovation
The clients wanted big green elements to create an atmosphere where the team can connect with nature. We included more than 200m2 of vertical green walls inside the office, with more than 50 species of plants incorporated in the walls and furniture elements.
local and ecological influence
The outdoor green uses soft lines and geometric shapes to promote slowing down and connecting with nature. Birdhouses, insect hotels, and butterflies inhabit the garden. The outdoor design includes a backyard garden that opens up to a waterway. The side garden offers a space for presentations, meetings, and an outdoor workout space.
