greening one of warsaw’s tallest buildings

The Bridge Tower is a 174-meter-tall office tower with 47,000 m2 of space connected to the historic Bellona building. It’s renovation in 2021 was led by UNS, with MOSS advising on green design.

tempering glass and metal with natural green

The glass and metal skyscraper contains a vast public lobby that pairs wood panels and greenery to create a warm atmosphere. It connects directly to a re-landscaped mini-park and green square, merging with the Bellona’s architecture that represents the city’s historic past.

introducing sustainable elements

The renovation has received SmartScore and WiredScore certificates in sustainability, as well as BREEAM, WELL, Green Building Standard, and a Building Without Barriers Award. It is also the first commercial property in Central and Eastern Europe to include a smart system that connects to the buildings systems for shared oversight on energy, waste and water management.
